The IRS requires an appraisal for donated horses whose value exceeds $5,000. Our appraisals comply with all IRS regulations.
 

Certified appraisals are used in divorce, bankruptcy, probate, and estate dispositions. Insurance companies and horse owners use certified appraisals to determine the fair market value when insuring a horse or settling a claim.

Most appraisals can be done using photos, videos, and veterinarian records only.

Litigation Assistance - $250 / hour*

Expert Witness Appearance - $3,000 / day*
